Q: Why is an hourly rate cheaper than a fixed price?

A: Not always the case but we only apply hourly rate within Auckland and fixed price outside Auckland.

Q: Do you discount your rates?

A: Yes. Applies to pensioners, if you are returning customers and if there’s any current promotion.

Q: How do removal companies come up with quotation prices?

A: All the relevant cost are added.

Payment: Pay the callout fee to confirm booking. When job completed you either pay cash or eftpos on the day.
